It all began in 2014.

Founder, Dave Hutchison, discovered the harsh reality that many South African children go to school without a pair of socks to wear and so, the idea for Sexy Socks was sparked. A socially-driven company determined to make a difference, Sexy Socks not only donates a pair of school socks for every pair of Sexy Socks sold, but we also use our sock drops (where we visit schools to deliver socks) as an invaluable platform to talk to the students about social entrepreneurship; that business can be used as a force for good and a force for change; and ultimately encouraging them to find something in their everyday life to make their community a better place.
